The Road 17 N name comes from its humble beginnings north west of Plum Coulee, named after the place where it began. Now in a great location inside the city of Winkler Manitoba. This recent move has allowed me to carry more fabric collections and serve the public better.
My name is Shari Dyck. Our little family is living in Winkler and excited to make this our new home. I have been sewing since I was a little girl. I remember watching my mother make these chain link pieces and thinking how awesome that was.
My favorite things are Moda fabrics, contrasting bulky threads, coffee, my hot tub, my Phaff sewing machine, the gift of food and conversations with seniors. AND my favorite 3 people who make me who I am - my husband, my 17 year old son and my 16 year old daughter. Without their support I could not do this.
